    I'm so happy I bought this item refurbished. Although it said it was "good" quality, I have not found and blemishes whatsoever. It works perfectly and I love my new laptop! I think this has converted me to only buying refurbished from now on.

    So happy to have a 13 mini back. Same GB’s and even same color as I’d had before. It was a mistake to try the iPhone 17; too big and too heavy. Researched reliable refurbished iPhones, and RefurbLane came up as one. As recommended, I also checked out the individual vendor’s reviews; good as well, with years of experience. Ordering was easy; arrived on date stated, and the battery at 92%, with (I think) an Apple battery, because I didn’t get the warning about a non-Apple part (they stated may happen with non-Apple battery) upon turning it on. Battery lasts about 4.5 hours, way less than the 17 which lasts all day. However, I recalled that pretty much is standard with the 13 mini. It simply does not have the battery power of the bigger phones. I expected it to get a bit warm while transferring my data from the 17, yet it never got hot. My phone plan immediately recognized the 13 mini without me having to do anything on their site. I’ve had it about 2 weeks now; and so far, so good.

    The 2020 MacBook Air M1 arrived fast and in perfect condition. You'd never know it was used! RefurbLane had a good selection to choose from, and the price was fair compared to somewhat similar models I'd found for sale online…and this one came with a guarantee, so there was no gambling with the purchase. The laptop was factory reset and ready for setup, so I had it up and running in no time. I'll definitely order used computers from RefurbLane again.

    I live abroad and I was buying this iPhone a bit scared, but I had a great surprise, the iPhone seemed practically new, it had no scratches or any sign of use. Also, the battery was more than I was expecting. I’m really happy with my iPhone and with the seller!! Just a minor issue with the paste in the packaging, but nothing that affected the iPhone permanently. It was something really easy to clean with alcohol.

For the condition of the phone: there were minor dust particles along the edges of the screen & a little dust in the lower speakers, but no scratches or anything of concern. Any blemishes are so small that they are practically invisible. The OS is great as well. I was sorely in need of jumping off a 2019 iMac, which I also bought here.     This phone is absolutely perfect I love it!!! I’ve been wanting to upgrade from my iPhone 11 for awhile because I had it since 2020 and I was looking for other places to purchase a phone without paying Apple an arm and a leg. When I found RefurbLane I was a bit skeptical but upon doing a lot of research I decided to make the purchase. Best. Decision. Ever!!! The phone came in decent packaging and was in better than excellent condition in my opinion! Phone feels and looks brand new!!! Phone has all original Apple parts with 89% battery and very few faint scratches around the bottom edges of the phone. However, it’s very hard to see any defects, you won’t be able to tell it’s there! I wanted to use the phone for least a few days before leaving this review to ensure everything is fully functional and since receiving the phone, I’ve had 0 issues. I set up my phone via esim and everything transfered over smoothly. 10/10 would recommend and will purchase from Liberty Tech Group LLC again!
