Received 'good' condition and I don't see any flaws. It came with an after market charger cord and usb that are mismatched but I already have plenty of chargers so no issue with it. I don't see any flaws anywhere personally. Keyboard is tested, max capacity is 86% and battery cycles around 250. I appreciate spending a little bit more for the RefurbLane warranty and would definitely recommend based on my experience. I purchased to use as a dedicated computer for a new business I'm starting up and was nostalgic for the 2020 MacBook Pro with a Touch Bar so I'm so happy to have this!

They work great and sound great. Very minor spec or 2 of an extremely light scratch but other than that, seemingly perfectly good and a great price.

It shipped and was delivered on time. The body and screen were flawless, exceeding my expectations for the condition I paid for "excellent". If you told me the device was brand new out of the box I would believe you. It was also unlocked as promised so I was able to install GrapheneOS and eSims from both Verizon and T Mobile. Everything operates as expected (camera, microphone, sensors, GPS, USB C). The only thing I was not able to verify was battery life/health but it seems to last a reasonable amount of time based on usage so no complaints there either. I would recommend both the device (Pixel 8) and the seller to anyone considering a refurbished phone. RefurbLane does offer a solid return policy if the device doesn't match expectations, in this case it exceeded my expectation so I decided to write a review. (edit: in the photo I uploaded the white specks are not on the actual device, they are from using my other phone to take the photo and the Pixel 8 having a very reflective glass back)

Device was delivered 'next day' which is great. I paid for the 'excellent' condition which describes the item as having "micro-scratches". The screen is in fantastic condition, however the metal border around the screen has very visible dents and scratches which looks like someone dropped this. It came with the S pen and a super fast charging charger without any original packaging. I have bought several products from RefurbLane before and I have never been disappointed. But this time I was a little let down because if the scuffs and the battery only being 90% of its original capacity.

I absolutely love my flip4. It arrived sooner than expected and in perfect, "like new", condition. No signs of use, in fact, the unit I received still had safety plastic on all chrome trim. I was referred to BM by a friend, now I am going to refer others to RefurbLane. Thank you so much for my lovely phone.

The device arrived in excellent condition as described and works perfectly. The only flaw was a worn nib on the stylus but was easily remedied with a spare a family member already had. The shipping was very quick and it arrived before the anticipated arrival date.

I have had a wonderful experience with my S24 Ultra, absolutely no issues and it was in flawless condition! It was easy to buy, easy to transfer data, and everything has been great. I originally got the insurance because I was worried about the device being lost or stolen in transit, but had no issues. The parcel was packed very well will a tamperproof tell-tell.

Very good. As far as I could tell the phone was brand new and just put in another box. It came with the original charging cable, the battery is great, the screen has no burn in and only had very minor scratches (only can see them if you shine a flashlight on it) and the hinge feels amazing! It was missing the factory screen protector, which is a bit nerve-wracking, but it's always something I can install later, and hasn't given me any trouble yet. I love the color, its my first colorful phone and it's purple, my favorite color! I got a really cute case for it and it just makes me feel so happy! I love the gimmick of folding the phone, I got a very awkward call the day I got it, and it felt so good to just hang up by shutting the phone. The cover screen is also amazing! My favorite use of it is to take pictures, I feel like I'm using a mirror viewfinder you would see on a poloroid, and it's gotten me to take a lot more selfies! I also love that it doesn't have a curved screen. I don't like curved screens, it just makes the phone feel extremely fragile and harder to grip. I thought I would have a problem with feeling that this phone is fragile, but after putting a case on it, it's so easy to grip, especially when shut that I don't worry about it possibly breaking 24/7. I love this phone, and it's simply just fun to use. It's an acquired taste, if you don't love the folding mechanic, this phone isn't for you, but if you think it's super cool, and don't mind giving up just a bit of battery and processing power for the price point, you'll love the phone
