    After my old 990 wouldn't turn on anymore, (lasted 5 years with me refurbished) I needed a new desktop. I thought 2018 probably has computers that were hardly used due to the Covid. I looked online and saw these 7050s that were in my price range. After looking at different sites I went and went with RefurbLane. Being my first time ordering from them I was a bit worried but the reviews were good ( and with so many good ones they seemed legit, the bad reviews were usually because the consumer screwed not RefurbLane. not to repeat other reviewers but this came early and it looks Brand New! If i had known all the accessories were going to match I would have got one with a monitor too. This came from discount computer. CD drive, no SD drive but that's ok i already have an adapter. I also was pretty sure I had ordered an I5( due to what I could afford) and I received an I7! Which is even more Awesome!! So far all the ports are working. No VGA but fortunately I have a T.V. with HDMI i can use until a new monitor arrives. I really needed to upgrade my old hp display anyways

    So, I purchased a renewed computer from a different company online. Their communication was terrible, the computer worked for a week and then quit. I shipped it back and called them to see if they could help get another right away. The replacement took two weeks! So, I checked RefurbLane! Their communication was flawless, the product is fantastic and was in great condition. The Optiplex 9020 at 3.6 GHz is super fast and it was easy to hook up to all of my peripherals and to get their included Windows 10 off and running. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

    The seller sent me a laptop with a charger but the charger wasn't compatible with the laptop. I messaged the seller and they said that they would send me a replacement charger. **Update**They sent me the charger because I received it and that is why I am happier now. I got to use it finally. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for sending me the replacement charger. However, I am disappointed in how I couldn't test the laptop right away to see if it works. Unfortunately, I couldn't borrow anyone's else computer during the time I was waiting. In the end everything worked out. I am happy that the laptop came as described and it works great!     Hi Greg. I very much like the Optiplex 980 It is literally brand new.Not a speck of dust on the inside I could tell by the key board and mouse that it had never been used.I never realized that there were three different sizes,mini middle size and large.The 980 I bought from you is the mini version..and now my sound and video cards from my other Dell XPS 420 which is a large size don't fit.If this 980 was not in a new condition I might consider getting the larger model.I rather stay with what I have.Good luck was on my side and may not strike a second time.It has been a great shopping experience with RefurbLane and I will certainly recommend you. After notifying the seller, I quickly received a return mailing label and instructions.The day after I mailed it, a replacement arrived! The new one works fine.     Great price for a great device. No visible defects or flaws, all operating capabilities seem to be functioning properly. Shipping was quick, the box it was shipped in was beat up ( even busted through on one corner) ( no fault of RefurbLane) but the device was packaged well and did not receive any damage. I will always shop RefurbLane for devices before going to a retailer selling new ones.
