    Finally upgraded my iPhone SE 2 to 13 mini. I wish i had switched sooner. This came in pretty much the exact same physical condition shown in previews for "excellent", maybe a little bit better. The screen appears brand new and the battery was at 100% health. I love this phone. People seem to love it to when I show it to them. It's as if people forgot small phones like this used to exist. I really hope they make a comeback. Ran diagnostic tests and all passed.

    My iPhone 13 (256GB, Starlight, unlocked) is in impeccible condition! It's battery health is at 100%. Techmint (the refurbisher for my device) shipped it well and quickly (ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, coming from Austin to the DFW area where I live). Techmint included a lightning cable, a usb charging brick, and the pin to remove the SIM card drawer. Techmint did not disappoint in the least and I highly recommend this refurbisher if you can purchase from them. I have experience purchasing from RefurbLane and have bought various devices including iPads, a laptop, an Apple watch and two iPhones from RefurbLane. So far, I have not been disappointed.

    I haven't purchased from RefurbLane before, so I was very surprised to see that my phone came so early. It literally shipped out the next day without paying extra shipping fees. And for being the "Fair" condition, it works like brand new. When I first saw it, I had trouble finding any signs if previous use, and what i did find was so minor. It came in great and it works great so far, I'm very very veryyyy satisfied with this purchase!! I WILL be using RefurbLane again!!

    I didn’t know what to expect sifting through literally thousands of options and configurations for my new MacBook. I was opposed to spending 4-5 thousand dollars on a new MacBook when I knew that the couple year old models with i9 processors were also very powerful and incredible computers. After looking at the prices on RefurbLane, I thought to myself “the price will go up when I start increasing storage, or ram, just like every other website gives you minimum build prices to draw you in”. I realized quickly I was quite wrong. The prices were real and amazing. Doubt remained however as I say the price was for “good condition”. My heart sank as I envisioned a computer with smudges dirt and scratches arriving at my door. Through the doubt I still ordered, praying that it would be tolerable to look at at least when I pulled it out of the box. When I opened the box I flipped the computer, opened it, tilted it in the light looking for a blemish but to no avail. The only thing I found was a TINY amount of residue from what looked to be a data plate or a sticker on the back of the computer which came off with a damp rag. I am overjoyed and so wonderfully happy with this computer, the updates, the platform, website and ease of use. No lies, deceit, or false marketing. My cart is already being filled again with computers for the family and I am recommending to all I know that are shopping for new computers. Thank you so much for being honest, communicative, and fair.

    I am super happy with the product. I was expecting to see some minor usage marks or imperfections, due to the GOOD condition, and not EXCELLENT, but I couldn't notice a thing. It looks brand new and in excellent condition. I am very happy for the price and condition that I was able to get this keyboard, because buying it directly from Apple is so expensive. The only thing I would like to mention, is that the model of this keyboard is not clearly explained, as this is for the first models of iPad Pro with full screen, with only one camera on the back, or for the iPads Air 4 and more recently 5. So if someone with the newer iPad Pros were to buy it, the camera cut on the back wouldn't fit. That was not a problem for me because I am using it with an iPad Air with a single back camera. Thank you! I highly recommend this seller and their products.

    The watch itself: I got the “good” condition for reference. No scratches, it looked completely clean. The band had dust on it so I assume that is second hand so I’ll wipe that with a clorox wipe. All buttons work. A bit finicky with long nails but that is with any small device like this. Battery capacity: 100% TO NOTE: Buy the apple charger or any usbc charger for this watch and any other new ones!! The one is the box is USB and has charged extremely poorly and had me afraid the device didn’t work. Luckily after awhile I got enough charge to set up the watch but to avoid that scare just order a charger off amazon after buying and you’ll be set. (Not docking for this because the watch itself is fine you just need a better charger).
