    I was really worried after some other BM reviews, however it was pointed out to me that they are seller specific. So I gave it a chance and I'm so glad I did! I'm 100% satisfied! My charging cord was slightly bent and not functional 100% of the time upon arrival. But they sent a new one upon request and I'm soooo happy with everything!

    As usual, my new, refurbished item (this time, a MacBook Pro) arrived on time and in perfect condition as promised. I've also bought other items such as an iPad, Apple Watch, and other MacBooks from RefurbLane. The only problem I've noticed is that my texts are not received until quite a bit later on the laptop than those same texts arriving on my iPhone.

    There was an obvious flaw in the screen. It had gray rectangular blocks on the top part of the screen. I ordered premium condition, not fair or good. So I believe this shouldn’t have happened.

    It works well. It does get warm and the fan turns on, but I believe that's normal. My last MacBook (the one that died and is what got me in this mess in the first place!) never got warm, and the fan never came on... Which was probably a sign of the inevitable demise of my computer. My new one is serving me well for work and personal use. *The picture I provided is with the protective cover on.
