The device doesn’t feel like refurbished. It’s like new. My experience is fabulous. I highly suggest RefurbLane. And I’m looking forward to buy more.

For the price, it came in very good shape and it works well. I did tweak some settings in windows but windows is poo poo either way, but it works good for gaming. For the price, it’s really good compared to other labtops that are slightly more expensive.

Literally like it's brand new. Immediately downloaded and launched Helldivers 2, Cyberpunk 2077, and it plays it seamlessly with flying colors. No frame drops, no dead pixels, no damaged keys on the keyboard, no dead bulbs in the RGB, trackpad is accurate, basically what I'm saying is that as far as functional, all the wickets are hit. HOWEVER, the speakers are very weak. Tinny, no body or bass, and not very loud either. But with that being said most people are going to be using a headset, bluetooth speaker, etc. I give this machine a solid 9.5/10 and will easily have it for years to come.

My gaming laptop broke, so I was in search of another one. checking and researching every day! finally found the brand and model I wanted alienware m15 r7 with amd. I stumbled upon RefurbLane a site I had never heard of with a price that made no sense. found the computer listed as excellent for 2000 off original retail and at least 600 cheaper than other stores even for refurbished. I ordered it as soon as I saw it but still had my doubts that this could be legit shipping was insane I ordered around noon on a Monday and had it Wednesday afternoon. when I opened the box, I was overly impressed. first thing first thing came in the original box with original packaging. Charger was new In the bag laptop was wrapped, and seald looked like it was done by the factory, even smelled brand new! I searched this thing over and over, trying to find at least one flaw, one scratch ding or dent, and couldn't. took the bottom of to add a new 2tb m.2 ssd and not one spec of dust inside no signs it was even ever used. I still feel as if I somehow got a new unit by accident! I personally don't feel I will ever buy another brand new computer again. strictly used from the RefurbLane from now on. and i will highly recommend anyone looking for electronics to check here first!

Originally I purchased the excellent condition Asus ROG Strix G16. However, I received a G18 instead in a like new condition! The laptop was received within a week and came in the original manufacturer's packaging. The laptop looks new, unused, without any defects or issues. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend others to use RefurbLane!

Yes. A refurbished gaming laptop delivers broadly comparable gaming performance to a new one with the same specs, because GPU, CPU, and RAM drive gaming performance, not packaging. Condition grades (Fair, Good, Excellent, Premium) describe cosmetics only, aside from Premium's added battery and parts criteria; every device is tested and guaranteed fully functional. Brands like Alienware and Lenovo Legion, plus Asus ROG, HP Omen, MSI, Acer Predator, and Razer Blade, all cost less than a comparable new laptop. Flash deals can start as early as November 1st.
GPU: an RTX 3060 or RTX 4060 handles smooth 1080p gaming; step up to an RTX 3070 or RTX 4070 for solid 1440p (results vary by configuration and game settings).
RAM: 16GB is a practical baseline; 32GB is worth it if you stream, multitask heavily, or want to future-proof.
CPU: look for Intel Core i7, i9, or Core Ultra (H/HX-series), or AMD Ryzen 7/9 H-series.
RefurbLane carries Alienware, Lenovo Legion, Asus ROG, HP Omen, MSI, Acer Predator, and Razer Blade, all with dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics. For a fuller breakdown, check out our guide to the best gaming laptops.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday are effectively one big Cyber Week, and on RefurbLane, Black Friday deals can go live as early as November 1st, earlier than most retailers. Refurbished inventory moves fast, so specific configurations can sell out before Cyber Monday arrives. RefurbLane's refurbished prices already leave new-device pricing behind year-round; the November promotions add even more value. Browse all Black Friday Laptop deals to see what's live.
All grades are guaranteed fully functional. Grades describe cosmetic appearance, not gaming performance.
Fair: visible scratches, marks, or possible dents. Fully functional.
Good: minor cosmetic wear on the body, light imperfections. Fully functional
Excellent: very light traces of use, almost no visible signs. Fully functional.
Premium: near-cosmetically pristine, genuine manufacturer parts, battery at minimum 90% capacity. Colloquially "like new"* for cosmetics only. Fully functional.
*"Like new" is a cosmetic shorthand for the Premium grade only, not a claim of new-device status.
RefurbLane is a dedicated marketplace for refurbished tech. Every gaming laptop comes with:
A price that costs less than a comparable new gaming laptop
A 1-year commercial warranty
30 days to change your mind
A strict Quality Charter and up to a 100-point quality inspection
Vetted sellers: all gaming laptops are listed by vetted refurbishers
Choosing a refurbished gaming laptop over a new one can avoid around 89% of the greenhouse gas emissions tied to production, or about 149 kg of CO2e per device. It also keeps about 1.5 kg of e-waste out of landfills (98% less) and avoids consuming around 655 kg of raw materials (96% less resource use). These are RefurbLane estimates based on a 2022 ADEME life-cycle study, and actual figures vary by product and refurbishment scenario.
