They say this is a used cased. I don’t believe them. I couldn’t find anything about this case to indicate it was used before. It is in perfect condition. I chose this case due to it having the built-in ‘handle’ in the back. I had one of those PopSockets on the back of my last case. That stopped the wireless charging from working. Now, with this case, I can use the wireless chargers. This built-in pop-up handle doesn’t work as a Stand to prop up the phone the way the PopSocket did, but I don’t need that functionality from it. It’s not as comfortable as the PopSocket, either. But, that’s a trade-off I’m willing to make to be able to use wireless chargers. I’m getting used to the handle, so the difference isn’t that big of a deal. The case does seem to be able to protect my iPhone just fine. The plastic is hard and smooth. It will help to protect my phone from falls, but will also allow it to slide off of things. Overall, it’s a great case.

I have to say, I was a little skeptical. But, oh wow!! I am in love with my "new" phone! The condition you stated was very accurate. I will be back to RefurbLane for every future phone!

I was a bit leery to make a purchase for this at first, but ended making the purchase. So happy I did! Not only was the shipping free and super fast, but the case I received is in perfect condition! I was having issues finding this specific case as it is mostly discontinued, and the very few I could find were expensive. This was such a great experience, website (quick and easy purchase), price (excellent) and delivery (free shipping and fast delivery) that I bought 2 more just in case they end up being discontinued, which I'm hoping doesn't happen because I tend to keep the same cellphone for years 😬. If you're thinking about it like I was, just do it 😉

The whole buying process was indeed awesome. The smartphone came just as I had selected: EXCELLENT CONDITION. I am still amazed by the phone quality; and a great thing for me is that it even works with Android Auto without a problem. I received the Otter Box in 3 days and my Galaxy S20 in 4 days. I am very grateful to God and RefurbLane. ARNOLD

No problem with the phone itself. Showed up in time frame I was told and in great condition. Works perfectly as it should. Only complaint is it showed up with an iPhone charger. Little difficult with an android

I'm sorry for being a bit leary at first in buying this. Perhaps the title/name of the item in the website? Not sure. However, I still proceeded with the purchase, and so happy I did. Not only was the purchase experience quick and easy, but the shipping and delivery were fast, plus the price was more than excellent! The case itself was marked with a small stamp that says refurbished on the inside, but it is in perfect condition. It also arrived in great packaging and everything. I was seriously pleased with the purchase that I bought some more. Thank you so much!!!

My Galaxy S21 Ultra was perfect. Looked brand new. I've never had a phone this nice. The slo-mo is awesome. I use it at work to diagnose high-speed machinery. Things got more memory than my desktop. The matching otter box you sold me was a nice touch. If you could supply tempered glass screen protectors as well it would be perfect. I'll be back.

Quality of this purchase for otterbox iPhone mini 12 case : is a 10 out of 10 especially for being a refurbished case I can’t even tell that it’s been refurbished, it looks brand new. I love how slick this otterbox case is, phone just slides in and it grips the phone around the sides perfectly. It was delivered extremely fast as well. Thank you RefurbLane!!

I think the phone is great. It works good for the most part. The phone has minimal dings or scratches and looks great too. I just have an issue with the screen sometimes. The phone screen sometimes does not respond to touch well, or is slow and also when I use the keyboard my cursor dissapears and I can't see what I type.
