The headphones store a maximum memory of two paired bluetooth devices. Mine came paired to two. So when I turned them on, they kept trying to pair to those two, and were not discoverable or pairable. I did not know this. To de-pair the headphones and make them discoverable again, hold the power/ bluetooth button all the way in the bluetooth position for 10 seconds. Then they worked perfectly. Also, RefurbLane, whoever does quality assurance and testing, unpair them before sending.

I wanted to replace my older Bose 35 headphones b/c they were getting long in the tooth and I couldn't charge them up anymore. Well these Bose QuietComfort 35 Series I are a vast improvement over my previous set. What I really like is that when I turn it on it tells me how much of a charge it has, then it tells me what it's paring with. Those two pieces of information are great to know when you're using Blue Tooth and also want to know the level of charge in your headphones. Also they are exceptionally comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and the noise cancelling is awesome. Yes I'm really happy with this headset.

The Bose qc35 headphones had a couple of obvious dings, I'm not sure it qualifies as "excellent" condition, but not too bad. However, sound quality was underwhelming, good, but not great: it sounded sort of hollow, like I was in a large room with hard surfaces. RefurbLane overall is great, and I will continue to come back for laptops.

Product was as described, and well refurbished. However Charger provided melted immediately after plugging in and almost started a fire. Seller should stop providing these Dirt Cheap Chargers.
