I have tried countless times on three different platforms to submit a help request. The item arrived cracked in the bottom right corner of the case. When powered on, there was a glow in the screen in the same location. Again, I tried to submit this as a help ticket, but after 45 minutes, and three different platforms, have been unable to do so. Please, contact me so that we can resolve this issue.
