The entire experience has been great. Love that this company is dedicated to reducing waste and helping us do our part to save the planet. I was able to find a refurbished Fitbit Charge 4 after my first one died, and then I briefly tried the Charge 5, but its glitches sent me looking to return to the 4. At RefurbLane, I found what I needed at a terrific price. It arrived in under a week, and I know that if anything goes wrong, I have a protection plan in place. Will definitely consider RefurbLane for future electronics needs.

I was hesitant to order from RefurbLane but a friend mentioned to me she has used RefurbLane many times without any problems! I have been very satisfied with the whole process! Everything went very smoothly, I received my Fitbit when they said it would arrive and the product (fitbit) works perfectly! I am very pleased with my 1st purchase from RefurbLane and will definitely make a purchase from them again!! Mary N from CT

The item was great . . . had just one problem: The band was too small and didn't didn't come with the LARGE half band (replacement part) that comes with new Fitbit watches so one can switch out to right size band!

Overall good quality for second-hand tech. Pairing it with my device was a challenge...which could be a signal issue from either end - my phone or the Fitbit. Once paired successfully, I had no other issues.

Very good product and after 3 weeks is working beautifully. Only minor issue is that the product color was listed as black, however it was in fact purple. I purchased an inexpensive black band right away and it is fine though.
