Galaxy A32 • Unlocked

I really like this company. My first order recently was for a phone for my husband. It arrived and was not unlocked, bummer! So I got on the chat through my order; I was a little disgusted because I didn't have time to wait. I left the chat. Later an agent contacted my through the chat which gave me notifications like on FB messanger. The agent was able to help me get things squared away and my refund was fast. I'm impressed with this company.

The phone was received a day earlier than promised. Setting it up involved all the usual issues, but nothing extraordinary. The phone looked like it was brand new. All functions worked as they should. I highly recommend purchasing from RefurbLane.com. They seem very repudable and saved me a bunch of money.

Great product, working ok si far, have not tried cell signal conectivity, needed this phone because the headphone jack mostly and use with wi fy only

This is a legitimate dealer, very smooth transaction. Gave me updates from the time I purchased to the arrival date. Only negative I've found, is the battery is not as impressive as my previous A32, but, as stated it is a used phone.

Phone works great! Was unlocked, as promised. Better than good condition. I am very satisfied. Haven't had a chance to use the camera yet -- everything seems to be OK, tho'.

Overall the phone is good and it works well. It looks great and has a fair number of feature. I haven't yet tested the various cameras but I believe they will work well. There were comments online in reviews about the screen but I think it is bright and the resolution is adequate. The one area that I see may not fair too well is the lag in using the internet or changing videos. It can be noticeably long and I have had to turn off the app to get things moving. I think this has to do with the chip set. The second thing I notice was the lower sensitivity to picking up WI-Fi signals than my four year old 3G A7. It doesn't happen all the time so it could be a function of a weak signal but still it is annoying if you are using just WiFi. Despite these issues I am OK with the phone so far.

Great phone and shopping deal
