Galaxy Note9 • Locked T-Mobile

I was extremely shocked at the quality of the phone and how much extra packing they put in the box to get it to me for what I paid for it. I ordered a mint condition Note 9 and when it came in I swear its was brand new. It even had the factory sticker on the screen and the factory fast charger. I also was shocked that it was a T-mobile phone because I ordered a so called T-mobile phone on Amazon and it wasn't correct. I was so impressed with my phone, the company and care they took to get it to me that I just ordered my son a new tablet for his birthday. I will continue to order from them in the future.

Above and beyond what I expected. My wife broke her Galaxy note 8 last year, got a cheap phone because insurance was such hassle. We have decided not pay the phone companies a monthly payment for a $1500 phone so we get the "cheapies". She now runs 3 big daycares and preschools so I decided to look around for a Galaxy note to buy, not lease. RefurbLane popped up, had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Shipping was quick, packaging was amazing. Probably could have made it through a hurricane. Phone description was mint, when actually looks like it was never used at all. Do not second guess this website, absolutely amazing what they are doing for consumers.

Phone was in mint condition as stated on the website. Came with charger and cable. However, and this is no fault of the supplier, the note 9 has awful s-pen sensitivity. It requires really hard presses to write or draw with. Huge step back compared to the note 4 that I was replacing. Very disappointed the flagship feature of the note 9 is so poor. Other than that the phone is great. Good battery life, no hangups when moving around applications, etc.

It was good experience. Too bad that the phone was not compatible with my carrier. Other than that good and easy to follow instructions, willingness to help out. Overall great customer service.

Quality is amazing! No scratches looks like its a brand new phone I love it! 2nd phone i order in the past 2yrs previous phone was an iPhone for my son he hasn't had any complaints what's so ever will definitely shop again if need to be love RefurbLane.

I bought this Note 9 as a surprise gift for my 21 anniversary so I had to order early to ensure it would be here in time. I was very very happy with the whole delivery Process. I inspected the phone, it was Mint just as described on website. It turned right on and was unlocked for T-Mobile. I was so excited abt my purchase and excited to gift to my hubby, but I had to hold it for 2 wks so I was hoping it would actually work as perfect as it looked. Fast forward, my hubby loved it, he was able to use it right away without even going into T-Mobile to change anything over. I thought this was the best purchase I’ve ever made and was prepared to tell the world but...abt a wk into hubby using it someone mentioned that they couldn’t hear him clearly over speaker so we tested it out and turns out this perfect phone doesn’t work on speaker phone! Ugg! He loves this phone and doesn’t want to go thru trouble of transferring info to another new phone so was thinking of keeping this one and just never being able to use speaker...which is terrible. I may have missed the return date too due to me having it a few weeks before And then realizing it wasn’t really mint. It almost got 5 stars from me. I was happy with everything up until this. Even so, I would recommend RefurbLane purchases. Btw, I was terrified to order due to all the horrible reviews I’ve read abt ordering phones from other companies. This was the first time ever not buying brand new directly from T-Mobile so initially I was elated with this purchase, we are still happy with our purchase but I will try to reach out to them to see what can be done abt the speaker phone.

I am thrilled this is the 2nd note 9 I've purchased from u My daughter grown daughter loved the 1st one i.got from you so I gave it to her. I recently purchased another one for me. The 1st I purchased in excellent condition n it was. I wanted another lavender one which was labeled fair condition. I expected flaws maybe several but it looked really good The price was so unbelievable U guys r the absolute best. I tell everyone that needs a phone about RefurbLane. Even people I don't know Lol
