The phone came quickly. I actually ordered the same phone for my daughter from electronicsforce.com the same day and then tried to cancel it. Electronicsforce actually said that they already shipped the phone, which was a lie. I still haven't received the new phone from them yet. They have free 10-14 day shipping. I was told by their customer service that for their bulk shipping, they wait until there are enough orders and then ship them all at once. What a headache. They accept returns, but charge a 15% minimum restocking fee. What a mistake ordering from electronicsforce.com. As for RefurbLane, the S10 came on a Sunday through Fed Ex free shipping. I was able to put my SIM card in, put it in its case and it was ready to use. The battery lasts all day. I ordered it in excellent condition. No scratches anywhere. The phone was in a bubble wrap sleeve, inside a small phone box, inside the Fed Ex envelope. Also contained in the package was a charger cord and outside the box was the SIM opening tool. The phone is so clean. The TouchPad is responsive. No burn marks, The cameras are great 3 different ones, although my daughter loves the cameras. I was worried about getting a refurbished phone, but did not want to get one off Amazon after customer reviews stated the phone they received was sub par. I was actually going to get my daughter a phone from RefurbLane also, but can not afford another one after holding my money up at electronicsforce.

I am extremely pleased with my order of a refurbished Galaxy S10. It arrived promptly, securely packaged with plenty of protective wrap, and included all the expected accessories. I opted for the “excellent” condition, and I am not disappointed. The glass is flawless both front and rear, with no scratches or blemishes. The screen has no dead spots, shadows, ghosting, or AMOLED burn. I’ve only tested it for a few days, but the battery seems to hold better than 95% of the manufacturer’s rated capacity. All the buttons, connectors, and other features function perfectly. For a device that is two years old, this sample looks, feels, and works like brand new. I’ll definitely plan to purchase through RefurbLane again in the future.

My "new to me" Samsung Galaxy S10 is cosmetically pristine and is working perfectly so far. The report said it still has 98% battery capacity which is great. Vivid display, much better performance and storage than my previous Moto G7 Power. My only complaint is the charger cable is a cheapie. It's only 18" long. One suggestion-give buyers the option to have a high quality screen protector applied by the refurbished. It would be an upset for them and ensure a better job than me putting my own on. Knowing what I know now, 10/10, would buy again. Time will tell the full story.

I bought a "very good" condition unlocked Galaxy S10. Phone came much quicker than expected. Phone had slight scratches on metaledging nothing major, cosmetic only and rest of phone was perfect. I did an initial set up and realized camera was dirty and wouldn't focus. I sent phone back for an exchange/fix and seller accepted no issues. They sent another phone immediately which I am happily typing from right now. It's in perfect condition, like it looks brand new, set up was easy and camera (which BTW is a huge feature for me) is perfect condition this time. all the headaches of transferring to a new phone; lost numbers, reinstalling and setting up apps, deleting and disabling samsungs bloatware, getting gmaps to work properly, but the phone itself seems to be working fine. I got some weird hassle with my trade in phone, they went data fishing holding out my trade in $ for personal information. this part was a total ripoff. no more trade ins with RefurbLane

It's been about a year and 2 months now and this is still a great phone. Not one single problem. It looked brand new when I got it and hasn't slowed down at all despite the slew of apps and files I have crammed into it. I will definitely keep coming back to RefurbLane first for future purchases.
