Second phone I've gotten from here, both times they were better than I expected based on the grade description so no complaints. As far as the phone itself I really like the foldable design since it's easier to fit in a pocket and the small screen is surprisingly useful. Battery life is excellent especially since I'm not using the ai features very much. Noticably faster than my Samsung s22 with similar specs. Camera is pretty good, great resolution but the software gives a bit of that android PlayStation character hdr look in less optimal lightning.

Phone apparently was not tested before being sent to me. It still had an admin app on it from being a demo device. Only fix is to send back for refund. Very disappointed with this site- it was my first (AND LAST) time using RefurbLane. They promise testing before items sent to customers, but this promise not kept in my case. Total hassle and waste of time.

I love it so much! I got a super cute case and it has so much storage for all my pictures. It's the cutest phone I ever owned and all the customizable features have made me a Android flip phone girly for life! Thank you RefurbLane for making refurbished phone affordable!! I've never had a phone that was so new before 🥰 love it and can't recommend this site enough! My phone was like new without the god awful prices! Also love that I'm not contributing to pollution by buying refurbished. Thanks again

I got exactly what I purchased and I got it exactly when I was expecting it. It was a gift for my Mom’s birthday and she loved it. :)
