Galaxy S20 5G • Locked Verizon

This is my first time ordering a refurbished phone. It's only been a day but I'm impressed with the whole experience so far. I ordered from Last of the Loot in "very good" condition and the phone is flawless - it looks brand new. I specifically ordered the Verizon version to mitigate any stress of activation/setup as I'm not a tech wizard but can figure most things out with some patience. I placed my order on Sunday with the free shipping option - it shipped out Monday morning and I received it Wednesday afternoon (FedEx 2-day, east coast to west coast) - this was the FREE, default option!! Upon receipt I turned the phone on just to confirm it was the Verizon version before I began activation and also plugged it into the charger - all PERFECT. By ordering on RefurbLane instead of through Verizon, I saved $400 PLUS didn't have to upgrade to a higher priced unlimited plan when I'm connected to WiFi almost all the time. A totally unnecessary extra cost to my life. Thank you RefurbLane! You've made a loyal customer of me on first impression, I'll be back. :)

I ordered an Samsung Galaxy S20 5G in very good condition from Omnipoint Mobility Solutions, however, I would rate it as excellent! The phone was indistinguishable from new. Unfortunately, I returned the phone under the 30 day refund policy because the Verizon locked edition did not provide for use of an SD expansion card something I did not anticipate! The return was handled flawlessly by RefurbLane and Omnipoint! I have since ordered and received a different model phone from Omnipoint through RefurbLane and highly recommend purchasing through these sellers.

Phone arrived in excellent condition, however was the Verizon UW version that doesn't have an micro SD card slot. Return could not have gone better, communication was superb.

Arrived quickly. It appeared and functioned AS NEW! Not a scratch on it! (chose very good) The battery took a charge to 100%. A new charge cord was supplied, but no charger. I am 100% satisfied. I would buy again. Thank You!

Overall the has functioned perfectly, as a Verizon Locked phone it was easy to switch from old phone (S6) online without calling Verizon. Verizon sent me an email acknowledging that I changed phone, no problem. I had to reset some features like language and keyboard size but all was easy. The condition of the phone had a small screen scratch that you can see occasionally. Very happy with this purchase.

Very pleased with the S20. Condition is better than 'very good' . Very prompt on delivery. I would highly recommend RefurbLane.
