device is in great shape. wife loves her newer phone. but I ordered on that was locked to verizon.but it was a T-Mobile phone. lucky I was using it with straight talk and they were still able to activate on T-Mobile towers. could have been a problem for others.

Amazing shipping, it arrived before the estimated date. The phone condition matched the description and it was locked to the provider as listed. I've had it for a week and there have not been any issues.

I am definitely old school; and would only consider buying a new phone. So, that being said, this is my very first time purchasing a refurbished (anything). While contemplating where I was going to purchase a new phone my daughter turned me onto the RefurbLane site. From locating the brand that I wanted, in the color I wanted (yes, that was a big deal) and so was the price. The phone looks brand new, no scratches or dents anywhere. Processing the payment, tracking the package to my front door (it arrived on time), everything has gone smoothly. All of my information was transferred from the old phone to the new phone without an hitch. While I am still learning to navigate my way around the screens (this was an upgrade); for now I sum it all up by saying that I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you RefurbLane.....
