Exactly what I ordered! No flaws in good working order. Included cable to charge seems cheap.

I bought a phone for my dad. I spent two days getting it ready for him and getting him ready for a change. and then finally I put the sim card in and find it that the phone is on the T-Mobile block list. Now I have to start over with a new phone and my dad thinks I am buying him stolen phones. I just wish someone had checked the IMEI of the phone before selling it.

Great customer service! Quick responses to my needs. Phone is great except it won't transfer all of duolingo. She can't get to her current lessons. Do you know how she can do this? It would be very helpful!

Great! Fast shipping, phone looks brand new, highly recommend. My only (minor) complaint is that the packaging looked rather unprofessional, but that in not a big deal at all.
