Excellent work from the seller "Dynamic IT Hardware". I received my phone in great condition. You could easily convince someone it was brand new just but looking at the hardware. The phone was also very safely and securely packaged which is a great sign. The only negative things I have to say is about the RefurbLane site. This was my first experience here and it was honestly horrible. The only good thing I have to say about this site is that the user interface is really good and easy to navigate. From the moment I started my checkout the problems began and I wont waste your time with all the details. But it is also worth it to mention that their customer service team does reply and try to help you thru your issue. And they were respectful to me even when I was getting upset and frustrated. So RefurbLane was professional on that front So overall the seller "Dynamic IT Hardware" gets a 5/5 score, but RefurbLane as a website would honestly get a 2/5.

Condition listed as "Fair", but I'd call it excellent. Fast shipping. RefurbLane is our go-to source for phones.

Phone is perfect, the only issued I had was that it was shipped with an aftermarket charger that didn't work with the device. Any easy fix and was still cheaper than new.

I love my phone now. The only thing I wish the website would show is why they rate the phone "fair, good, ans excellent" quality. I wasn't really sure how to expect the phone. I got good condition and it has scratches but I still love it.
