The tablet itself works perfectly! The stylus was on and off with functionality so we're using a different one. It came quickly and very safely packaged! It was also charged enough that we got to use it right away! Great product!

The devices showed up in perfect working order. Just needed to install about 10 OS updates one by one, then they were g2g. Devices showed a little bit of wear, but that was disclosed, and they're both in great working order, so I'm very happy with the purchase.

There was a mild discrepancy in the description and Customer Support very patiently helped resolve my issue. The measure of a service isn't just in how well things go, but how problems are handled. I am very satisfied with my device and the seller they represented.

I received my Galaxy tab s7 fe and I was shocked! It was listed as excellent condition but I was not expecting the box, the manuals, the original charger, the key for the sd card slot, the s pen and the key board/cover! It even had plastic around the edges still, it honestly is in pristine condition. I had no issues immediately using it. I highly recommend Jemjem as a seller. This is my honest review and actually is my fifth purchase from RefurbLane as a whole. I will never purchase new again if I can find what I need on RefurbLane. Purchase the extra protection plan if you can you won't regret it and it makes the purchase worth it because the manufacturer doesn't even cover a cracked screen if it's your fault but if you buy the protection plan RefurbLane has you covered. Don't hesitate just do it! (I do recommend buying a device locked to your specific carrier if at all possible it can prevent headaches)

There wasn't a single scratch on my Tab S7 FE. it also came with the SPen! I have no complaints. I'm not sure if they swapped out the battery as well or not but I can tell you I'm getting super good battery life. I watched YouTube for well over an hour and it only went down 5%. would definitely order from this seller again!
