It's fine, speaker is not as good as my 6 year old Samsung, it's not as fast, and gets crazy hot super fast. I guess getting the budget phone and a refurbished one at that I wasn't going to get me the best of the best.

Great condition but not fully unlocked. Bootloader/oem unlock is permanently locked. My prepaid sim card did work in the phone, but choosing certain options causes an error message that says "contact carrier". Even though this phone was in new condition and sold as unlocked, apparently it was originally a locked phone that someone wasn't able to fully unlock.

I don’t know what happened but when I was putting in my phone carrier, it kept saying to contact Verizon, which is not my carrier. So I took it to Verizon and they looked at the IMEI and told me their system has it reported as stolen, so they couldn’t unlock it for me and I wasn’t gonna be able to get any other carrier on the phone. So, I don’t know what happened, but I’ve already sent in for a refund because I feel scammed and betrayed.
