My Google Pixel 10 Pro came mostly charged and in very good condition. It appears to have a few scratches or dings on the lower edge which seem to be purely cosmetic. I've already covered them with a case anyway. The device seems to work flawlessly and I'm very pleased with it. I would purchase a device from RefurbLane again the future.

Was in excellent condition, even though I ordered one that was considered "good".

I ordered the "excellent" version, but not "premium". I feel like I got the "premium". The phone looks brand new, and the battery was obviously replaced as the cycle count is 1! My only regret- had I realized that the standard phone is smaller than my Pixel 7 Pro I would have ordered the XL. Don't count on a new battery though, unless you order "Premium". I've ordered several phones from RefurbLane. The batteries have always been pretty good, but this is the first "new".

I would have given 5 stars except one of the speakers doesn't work. I can live with it and the return process isn't worth the effort, since I didn't discover the problem until I'd already transferred all of my data and sent my trade-in.

for me, this was a fantastic experience. the phone arrived in a couple of days and the condition was better than expected. It looked brand new to me. not a blemish or scratch anywhere as far as I can see. it worked as a brand new device. it had less than 10 battery cycles. I am very pleased.

Device was in the condition described, no noticeable signs of wear. Battery shows 100% capacity according to system settings. Only issue was that they sent me a shipping tracking link with the wrong carrier. Received a UPS tracking number but it came via FedEx. The actual delivery was fine and arrived on the estimated day.

Beautiful device. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had this set up in less than 10 minutes, including the data transfer between devices. The whole experience was great. So great, my husband just ordered a premium condition iPhone.
