I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought this specifically as a note taker that is easy to use and easy to carry around. It took a few tries but I was able to update to the most current chromeOS. Everything I tested has worked like new. The battery health is at 96%. Bluetooth works great. The speakers are what you would expect from a 11.6 inch chromebook: pretty weak. I use ear buds so the speakers are not an issue. I also bought the 2 year warranty for under $10 dollars. RefurbLane showed this chromebook as fair condition. You can tell that this chromebook has been used but it is in great condition. A few dings but no big scratches or dents or things you might expect from daily use in our school system. I would rate this chromebook somewhere between Good and Excellent. I did a good clean of the keyboard, screen and the outside. All in all, this has exceeded my expectations. Chromebook, warranty, free shipping: all for under $60 dollars. (I am using this chromebook right now to type this review) Thank you RefurbLane.

Laptop is in really great condition and has been working well. My only complaint is the touchpad is extra sensitive which causes the cursor to jump around the screen a lot but that’s a minor detail for the price I paid! Happy with my purchase

It was "good" condition in the pricing , yet it looks brand new, without a scratch or smudge anywhere!
