Quality was great. Worked better than expected. Battery must be new because it holds up a long time. Delivered in only a few days. Thanks abunch

The shipping was fast and the quality of the order is excellent. I ordered this laptop in "Good" condition, so I was a little worried that the condition might not be great compared to "Excellent". Upon receiving the laptop though, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the condition was. There is one dent on the corner and a few scratches on the top, but it works great and the screen is in Excellent condition. This is an amazing deal for the price. I recommend!

Best purchase I have ever made! Works like a charm, everything exactly as specified, and the outside shell is flawless with no scratches or dents. I am so happy with this elitebook, 100% got my moneys worth and some. Thanks so much!

This is my first purchase from RefurbLane and more than impressed. The laptop just came out so clean and spotless that I thought for a while, if it was sent to the wrong address? RefurbLane, I have come to stay and I'll recommend this amazing store to all my friends.

Laptop condition was better than advertised - FAR better! It works perfectly. As far as I'm concerned, I basically got a new laptop for the price of used one.

I love the laptop. It suits all my needs and the only downside is the battery life. The battery life is kinda short, but other than that excellent laptop!
