I recently made my first purchase on RefurbLane, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. After extensive research, I opted for the HP EliteBook 830 G6 13-inch (2019) - Core i7-8665U - 32 GB - SSD 256 GB, and I must say, it has exceeded all expectations. My son, an engineering student at university, has been using this laptop since August 2023, and it has proven to be an invaluable asset to his academic journey. The powerful Core i7-8665U processor, coupled with an impressive 32 GB of RAM, ensures seamless multitasking and swift execution of complex engineering applications. The 256 GB SSD adds a significant boost to the overall speed and responsiveness of the laptop. One of the standout features for us has been the durability and build quality of the EliteBook 830 G6. As a student, my son carries it around campus daily, and it has held up exceptionally well to the rigors of university life. The sleek design and compact 13-inch form factor make it a convenient companion for his lectures and study sessions. Moreover, the laptop arrived in immaculate condition, as promised by RefurbLane's stringent quality standards. The "like new" quality truly lived up to its description, and there were no signs of wear or performance issues. It was practically indistinguishable from a brand-new device. RefurbLane's customer service also deserves commendation. They provided timely updates on the shipping process and ensured that the laptop reached us in a secure and well-packaged manner. In conclusion, my first experience with RefurbLane has been nothing short of outstanding. The HP EliteBook 830 G6 has proven to be a reliable and high-performing device, meeting the demanding requirements of an engineering student. If you're in the market for a refurbished laptop, I wholeheartedly recommend RefurbLane, and the HP EliteBook 830 G6 is a stellar choice for those seeking power, reliability, and value. I am now a satisfied and loyal customer, and I'll definitely be turning to RefurbLane for my future tech needs.

The shipping was fast and the quality of the order is excellent. I ordered this laptop in "Good" condition, so I was a little worried that the condition might not be great compared to "Excellent". Upon receiving the laptop though, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the condition was. There is one dent on the corner and a few scratches on the top, but it works great and the screen is in Excellent condition. This is an amazing deal for the price. I recommend!

Laptop condition was better than advertised - FAR better! It works perfectly. As far as I'm concerned, I basically got a new laptop for the price of used one.

I love the laptop. It suits all my needs and the only downside is the battery life. The battery life is kinda short, but other than that excellent laptop!
