After running extensive hardware and software diagnostics, completing a visual inspection, and matching all specifications to the posting; I am completely satisfied with my purchase of this laptop. The condition greatly exceeds my expectations and I would argue it is even considered "Good" trending towards Excellent condition. Thank you for a wonderful product and transparent advertising.

The device's performance and appearance is more than I expected. Though I had to wait for the laptop charger on a separate order, I got it on time. It was a good decision for me to shop from RefurbLane.

Looked new. Packaged well. Not sure of the battery condition. The first few uses after a full charge, I was surprised that it needed plugged in after a partial day of use, but I didn’t time it either.
