This HP Elitebook is in awesome condition. The power supply cord was faulty however, I happened to have one that fit. I'm so thankful to RefurbLane and everyone involved in their movement❣️

After buying a defective laptop elsewhere I was hesitant to try another time, but figured I wold give RefurbLane a try, and have been very delighted with my purchase. Shipping was quick, and tracking easy. Product was as described, with a few scratches on the exterior cover and some marks on the charging cord, which indicates it's not new but it has no issues. All old user info was removed, and returned to like new condition. Works like a dream, and so happy to have saved major money on refurbished !

Another good experience. The laptop was in the exact quality condition as advertised. Just recommended RefurbLane to a couple of my colleagues and described it as "like certified pre-owned for electronics" Keep up the good work!

I was a little worried that there weren’t any available in “excellent” condition, and I had to settle for “good”. Luckily when the laptop arrived it looked flawless to me and so far it’s working great as well. I would recommend this seller!

Device wouldn't even hold a charge on minimal use for more than 1-2 hours.

My laptop arrived on time and setup was super easy. Everything with the laptop is good except the battery life is quite short. I only get approximately an hour until I need to plug it in. I am still pleased with my purchase and I am already shopping on RefurbLane for my next purchase. Thank you.
