I was nervous about buying a refurbished iPad online, but this exceeded my expectations. I ordered an iPad Air 5 and it arrived in excellent condition, working perfectly right out of the box. RefurbLane made the process feel safe and trustworthy. Shipping was smooth, the device matched the description and I’m very impressed with the quality. If you are hesitant about buying refurbished, this was absolutely worth it. I’d definitely buy from RefurbLane again.

The device is working very well. I did have a spot on the screen that needed cleaning, but it did clean up. Put a screen protector on to keep it that way. Otherwise the iPad is perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

The iPad Air works great, cannot tell it’s been refurbished. Communication about my order was seamless. The charger cable does not work but I have many extra cables at home so it was not a huge problem.

The iPad Air arrived quickly and in great condition! It’s exactly as listed and made my daughter really happy. I have ordered quite a few items from RefurbLane and all have been fantastic! I will definitely continue ordering from them. Now I want an updated iPad! 😜

I bought this to use for travel and for reading (Kindle app). Also, to connect to my MacBook and display the iPad screen on Zoom. It's perfect for all of that. A note to users: I am currently unable to get Zoom to see my iPad (with a wire or using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth). This appears to be a software issue on the Mac: the Mac sees the iPad, and it worked once, but never again. NOT the fault of the RefurbLane refurbisher. I even took the equipment to the Apple store to no avail. Zoom is looking into it now.

I could not believe that my iPad Air arrived so quickly! It showed up on my doorstep two days after I placed my order. The condition is “fair,” but I swear there are no scratches or dents/dings. I also bought an Apple Pencil, AirPods, and an iPad case. All of them arrived between 2-3 days after placing my order. I will come to RefurbLane for all of my future orders before I look elsewhere. Needless to say, not only am I impressed, but also happy with my experience.
