I absolutely love it. I was a bit skeptical about the technical condition of it because it kept spontaneously shutting down and restarting when I first powered it on, but it’s running smoothly after letting it charge. I’m hoping that was a one time thing. I would say I’m satisfied with the product though!

I love this iPad. I’ve always wanted an iPad for myself but I couldn’t afford to get one on my cellular plan because my son already had a 9th gen iPad on our plan. I decided to buy mine refurbished and not get the cellular version to save money. RefurbLane was exactly what I needed. I could color and watch shows on this for hours. I love it so much. The color is a little faded on the back and there were a few light scratches on the screen but it works perfect and it’s just what I needed for my classes in the fall. It felt nice to finally do something for myself and not break the bank or sacrifice what we can afford for our son. The battery life also seems to be okay. Id say I can get about 8 hours of use out of it before it gets to like 30% battery. RefurbLane is such a great option for moms like myself who want to do something nice for themselves. Thank you!

iPad came earlier than anticipated! It works great. As expected with refurbished items, there were a few scratches but it is in great condition! Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something that won’t break the bank !

It came in great condition, some wear and tear with the coloring, but everything else seemed to work fine. It'd shut itself down and restart at 37-25%, and there was nothing I could do but put it on the charger and wait. As any Ipad, it will heat up if there's too many tabs open, or if you're on an app for a long period of time. I originally got it for the purpose of notes for college, and I realized it's far easier to take in-person notes, so I used it for Procreate instead, which it did very well on. On a weird occasion Procreate did freeze and stop working, but it hasn't happened since that one time, and I'm not sure what caused it, so be aware of that. I talked to customer service, and they were very helpful with the process of returning and getting a repair, or different device, but overall, the reason I got mine didn't end up being useful anymore. Spending $300+ on something I'll casually use was not worth it to me, but the great thing about it was that returns are available and offered!
