Mac mini is working well and I really don't think I'd be able to tell the difference between this and if I bought a Mac mini(2020) that would've been brand new.

I'm excited about getting it set up and running. But I'm having a difficult time moving my data from the old one to the new one. I've had to order an external drive with hopes that will help. Only recommendation: include instructions on how to move HD and data from old to new devices!

The M1 chip pairs great with the 16gb RAM and a Pinot. Really though it is quick for what I do with it and a 20” sound bar under my 24” monitor with the magic keyboard and trackpad (and a Apple compatible mouse) gives me screen and performance with Apple Intelligence and great sound sprinkled in! Keyboard and trackpad also purchased here and everything is perfect!

This mac mini came in pristine condition but it was labeled as "good" condition for an obvious reason: Whoever had erased the hard drive had done so improperly, and when you tried to reinstall the MacOS you got the "personalization error." Fortunately I happened to own the necessary cord to use Mac Configurator to get the OS installed properly and now the computer is like new. So in the end I'm very happy with the purchase, but it was quite a journey in which I tried every other solution first over 9 frustrating hours. Knowing the outcome I would still repurchase.

This is the third device I have ordered from RefurbLane and I have no complaints. The MacMini I purchased is like new, came in the Apple box, and even had the sticker, but most importantly it worked as expected. I will continue to buy my devices from RefurbLane as they have never disappointed.

Very nice condition internally and externally. First time I tried a Mac. Apple helped me update it. Seller was quick with delivery. Sorry it took so long to send a rating, fighting allergies. Happy to say this 2020 Mac Mini is better than advertised. Instead of 8GB this is a 16GB Model
