I never ordered from RefurbLane and after some scrolling through Reddit (more trustworthy than effing Google atm) I decided to risk it and order. I wanted to give it a few weeks before I reviewed it in case any bugs presented themselves. I'm happy to say I have nothing to report. The phone arrived early and in great condition. It was unlocked as they advertised - which was a big concern because I use Tello. The screen is crisp and an upgrade from my previous phone. It's responsive to touch and doesn't lag too bad when it loads. Accurately, I had a Nord 200 before this. In terms of responsiveness this phone was a lateral move. Nothing fancy but definitely functional. My only issue is that it takes longer to charge than my old device but not by too noticable a degree. I'm still able to listen to YouTube videos at work for 6+ hours without it being dead by time I go to bed. That's noteworthy because this new phone is two years younger so I wasn't expecting that. All in all, I have no real complaints and would cautiously recommend purchasing. Just be sure to research the specific retailer you by from before placing your order.

Everything went well and it took about an hour to set up my new phone the way I wanted it. It seems everything is working fine cause I haven't had any problems. The phone came and it looked brand new. The only bummer was I had to buy a USB C on both ends cord to transfer files from the old to the new. On Amazon it was just 8.00 and I got it overnight. I just followed the set-up that RefurbLane sent and called my provider and the phone was working fine. All went well, thank you!!!

I placed my order and immediately received notification that the order was being processed with a delivery date. RefurbLane sent communications updating me on my purchase until I received it which was a day earlier than expected. It came in plain packaging with tool/charger. Absolutely looks and feels like a brand new phone. Works just like a new phone should. I am happy and satisfied with the entire experience. I will be telling everyone about RefurbLane.

Paid for a 256GB phone but received a 128GB model instead. RefurbLane confirmed the seller didn’t even have the 256GB version. Now I have to ship it back and wait for a refund. Very disappointing experience. Seller: Learbre

So far the device is great, I felt a little uneasy at first because the device felt hot after having it on for like 10 minutes. It felt fine a little bit after that but so far it's been great and worth the money.

I was hesitant to purchase a device through Backmartet, but not because of any concerns with them. The process for finding a phone that met my needs on the website was smooth. And when i was ready to purchase and found one I liked, the purchase went smoothly, and the shipment arrived in a timely (maybe even a little early?) manner. The phone itself met and maybe even exceeded my expectations. Other than the splash screen for a different carried, it works perfectly and I am finally in the world of 5G. My hesitance lie in the concerns of purchasing a used phone. But when it arrived, all my concerns were finally resolved. I will be buying from RefurbLane again. Thanks!

Who is this for?

The Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) is a smart pick for students, professionals, or anyone who values pen input on-the-go without stepping up to super-premium models. It’s also well-suited for fans of big screens and those who want a practical 5G phone with solid everyday performance—without the bells and whistles (or price tags) of more recent flagships. Compared to flagship stylus phones like the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the Moto G Stylus is a more grounded, focused tool—but gets the essentials right.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Built-in stylus for notes, drawing, and more. Bulky design—not for small hands or tight pockets. 120Hz display—finally, a smooth scrolling experience. IPS LCD panel instead of more vivid OLED. Solid 5G support for future-proof connectivity. Camera setup is basic for the price point—no telephoto or advanced features. Clean Android 13 experience, with minimal bloat. No formal water resistance rating, so don’t dunk it.
