PS4 I got is in excellent condition. Packaging was a bit sketchy, but it did arrive without incident. They included all the necessary cables and a controller that are all in like new condition. I would definitely purchase from RefurbLane again.

I was so impressed when my My PS4 Slim console arrived in 24 hrs! It was in excellent condition (spotless, no scratches) and functioned flawlessly. The HDMI and the power cable were included along with a clean DualShock 4 controller and a USB charging cable. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and the shipping efficiency, so I plan to use RefurbLane again.

It’s in great shape. There’s only one issue I’ve had is the controller they sent me. The L2 button was not in the controller so the L2 button is broken on the controller. They sent me. That’s the only issue.

The console and controller arrived in a perfect condition, wrapped up very well! The only negative feedback I have is about the usb cable. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all. I tried my daughters and the PS4 worked right away. Not a big deal, buying a new one tomorrow. But overall a great purchase and a happy son on Christmas!

Well packaged and received with a one day delay than expected. Have some scuff marks on side apart from that very good cosmetically. Well cleaned and in excellent condition. The only problem i have noticed is that controller need to be charged every couple of hours battery is a bit weak i guess. Overall satisfied with the purchase

On time, packed securely, cords required were there. Controller was camo, but not an issue at all.

Smooth and timely experience. My PS4 arrived a day earlier than promised. It was packaged VERY WELL. I was impressed. Inside, I was surprised to find the console in the original box. All of the appropriate cords were included. The unit was clean and blemish free. The only negative I encountered was that the controller was filthy. It was easy enough to clean, so it didn't bother me. Everything seems to be in working order, and I'm very happy with my experience. 10/10 would buy from RefurbLane again.
