device is in great shape. wife loves her newer phone. but I ordered on that was locked to verizon.but it was a T-Mobile phone. lucky I was using it with straight talk and they were still able to activate on T-Mobile towers. could have been a problem for others.

I am definitely old school; and would only consider buying a new phone. So, that being said, this is my very first time purchasing a refurbished (anything).
