    The phone was listed as excellent condition and that was absolutely true there wasn't a single scratch on the screen or the back of the phone when it arrived. Looked brand new out of the box! I went to settings and ran diagnostic test on the battery life and the results came back that it was in perfect health. I have been using the phone for about 4 days now and the battery is definitely holding up like it should. No issues with the phone at all. I have zero complaints, I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm extatic that I saved a couple hundred dollars as well as made an eco friendly decision in buying a used phone through RefurbLane. It made me feel safer in my purchase with the year warranty that comes standard with the purchase and I love that I was able to add another year warranty for a very very reasonable price. I highly recommend RefurbLane and I will definitely be making more purchases from them in the future .

    The phone arrived locked for AT&T despite me ordering and paying for an unlocked phone. The customer service has absolutely no remorse and does not care that they inconvenienced you. They offer you nothing unless you can prove you resolved the problem yourself. I used to love RefurbLane, but this put a bad taste in my mouth. Now I am having to try to navigate getting assistance on my very broken old phone.
