I have had the phone for a week and I am VERY impressed. I ordered the iPhone 13 Product Red in excellent condition and it is absolutely flawless. Everything works as it should. It’s like I bought the phone brand new. I’m satisfied with the look, battery health at 98%, all original no work has been done to the device. Came with a screen protector installed and a charging cable. I will buy my phones from RefurbLane going forward. I am a very happy customer!!!

The phone is in very good shape, pretty much mint condition. No scratches or dents on the screen or back, only a tiny dot at the edge (see pic). The battery is at 90%, and the price is very reasonable — really a good deal. Shipping was also fast. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

This IPhone was in great condition. I was even able to add it to my AppleCare plan. I always buy from this company. That’s why it’s good to read reviews and only buy from companies that have a minimum rating of 4.4.

Initially, I was skeptical about whether the phone would arrive, but it came well wrapped and included a charger. The phone is nearly new, with only a few scratches on the back camera that are hardly noticeable. For half the price of a new phone, it was an incredible deal. I highly recommend it!

iPhone 13 questions, answered

Yes, the iPhone 13 holds up well for most users in 2026. The A15 Bionic chip handles everyday tasks, streaming, and gaming with no issues. It runs iOS 26 and is expected to receive software updates through approximately 2027–2028. At from $193 refurbished on RefurbLane versus $629 new, it's one of the most affordable ways into the Apple ecosystem without compromising on real-world performance.
The iPhone 13 has a dual 12MP camera system — a Wide lens with sensor-shift OIS and an Ultra Wide — along with Cinematic mode for shallow depth-of-field video and Photographic Styles for real-time color rendering. For everyday photos, social media content, and casual video, the results are excellent. If zoom, macro photography, or professional video recording is a priority, the iPhone 13 Pro adds a 3x telephoto lens, macro capability, and ProRes video. For more, see our guide to the best iPhone for photos.
Every refurbished iPhone 13 on RefurbLane passes an up-to 100-point professional inspection and is fully functional regardless of condition. The differences are cosmetic:
Fair: visible signs of use on the body and/or screen
Good: light signs of use
Excellent: minimal signs of use
Premium: near-pristine condition
The iPhone 13 is fully compatible with iOS 26, the current version as of 2026. Apple has supported the 13 series for five years and counting, with software updates expected through approximately 2027–2028. That's at least two more years of security patches, new features, and App Store compatibility — more runway than most people need from a phone.
The iPhone 13 Pro adds meaningful upgrades over the standard iPhone 13:
Display: adaptive ProMotion 120Hz vs 60Hz
Camera: triple 12MP system with 3x optical zoom, macro photography, and a LiDAR scanner
Video: ProRes recording at up to 4K 30fps
Chip: same A15 Bionic but with a faster 5-core GPU (vs 4-core)
For everyday use, the standard iPhone 13 is excellent value. The Pro earns its price for photographers, videographers, and anyone who notices display refresh rates.
Yes, the iPhone 13 supports 5G on both Sub-6GHz and mmWave networks. It's sold unlocked on RefurbLane and works with all major US carriers, including Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. A physical nano-SIM and eSIM are both supported, so you can activate with your carrier straight out of the box without any unlocking steps.
RefurbLane is a marketplace for professionally refurbished tech. Every iPhone 13 is inspected across 100 checkpoints covering battery health, screen, cameras, ports, and carrier unlock status. Your purchase includes:
1-year warranty
30 days to change your mind, with free returns
Prices from $193 (vs $629 new)
Buying refurbished also means skipping the manufacture of a new device — that's 77 kg of CO2e avoided compared to buying new. Browse all refurbished iPhones on RefurbLane.
