This is my 2nd purchase from RefurbLane and I tell everyone about it bc I adore your service and products. I can trust that if anything isn't up to my liking that RefurbLane stands behind everything they do. I received my new phone so fast and that is important when u have no communication until it arrives. The phone is amazing, everything works great and I am using the visible plan they offer with a discount when you purchase a phone! I'm a fan of RefurbLane all the way!

The device is almost perfect condition, it had just a couple small scuff marks on the top corner on one of the sides of the body but other then that you would think I ordered excellent condition as opposed to good. Will definitely be ordering here again if I need another refurbished item! Only wish it came with a charging cube and not just USB cable but thats only a minor nitpick and no knock on the phone.

The phone was good condition I had one scratch on the back and don't but very minimal and you can only notice it if you squint which honestly made the phone feel almost excellent condition. The only issue is about 4 days ago I notice the back cover hanging a little and when inspected it peeled off and it seems like the glue/adhesive is still wet or maybe that's just how phone glue looks like, but I will be returning it for that purpose. I was going to wait until I process a return but I figure I let the people just to be a little aware.

Super pleased. This is my second purchase with RefurbLane and both experiences will keep me coming back. The device was just as it was described. It was in good condition. My old phone connected to it instantly and it moved all my apps to the new phone. Great overall experience!
