I waited patiently. So many scammers are out and about. I remain unfearful! I always get my phones from RefurbLane. I don’t go any other place. My new phone works and looks great. I only get iPhones. I have heard of all the problems androids are having. I had one. That doesn’t mean that they are all bad. The service that I get here is the best that I have had in years. They want satisfied customers. I simply love my new phone! Thanks guys!

The case is very nice and vibrant for its transparency and reflective look. Pretty much, if you want a case that’s just normal and not too crazy and it proceeds your phone, get this one. It’s very simple and easy to put on your phone.

The delivery was as expected, no issues, almost perfect. Received the phone and case one and two days early. So far, ZERO issues with this refurbished phone. Cost only $10 to switch E-sim over. I know I could have done it myself, but not very tech savvy. I have also purchased a Samsung Watch from RefurbLane...my vacation was almost a disaster!!@

Glad I chose the refurbished 13Pro and got a good price. The attentive communications throughout order, fulfillment and follow up are greatly appreciated by this repeat customer. Everything functions well so far.

Tbh I wouldn’t know that it was refurbished and not new if I wasn’t the one who bought it. The phone is beautiful, amazing and everything was super easy. The best part was that the phone and the screens came a bit earlier than expected!😁😁

Install was a little confusing, but it's a great case and it's waterproof! The phone is WONDERFUL! The battery lasts three days and I use genuine Samsung charging products, so it charges in 45 minutes from zero! I'm very, very happy. I feel that I got a better phone than I could have gotten from Amazon. It was a little more expensive, but the extra money was worth it to get a quality product.

I looked up refurbished phones online and RefurbLane fit my ideology of saving the planet and reusing phones that are ready to be reused. I’m very satisfied with my product and even got a compliment on my phone case. It feels soft on my hands when I hold it. My daughter just bought her own refurbished phone and loves it as well. Let’s save our planet one phone at a time.
