Phone is in great condition and after about a month it seems to be mostly fine. Wish I'd noticed the (compostable) phone case for this phone on the site since it definitely feels like it could slip out of my hand at an inopportune time. The slight scuffing on the back now doesn't really matter as it's cosmetic. There are a couple issues I have with the phone. First, the screen is randomly unresponsive. Usually it's when I'm trying to snooze the alarm, it just won't register my finger sometimes for like 10 sec. Second, the fingerprint reader is maddeningly inconsistent. Half the time it rejects my finger, sometimes it'll work on the 4th or 5th try (it locks on the 5th time). If you're just holding your phone while walking or something, it will also think you're trying to scan your finger and keep trying to read the side of your hand. Third, the wide angle lens takes pretty low quality pics compared to the normal lens.

The phone came in perfect condition and has been working wonderfully with no issues. Shipping got delayed a bit but, I still got my phone within a week and couldn't be more satisfied. I will definitely be recommending RefurbLane to anybody I know needing to buy a different phone in the future.
