Great laptop - incredibly fast (both the shipping and the computer's processing). A little confused because I ordered the cheaper of the 2 listings specifically because I didn't want a touchscreen, but received the version with the touchscreen. Not complaining/not worth returning - and would highly recommend!

Device was listed as excellent condition when it arrived it was far from excellent condition, oticable visible scratches, keyboard was crusty with debris, screen had bad screen burn and ideally never should have shipped to a customer, RefurbLane took care of me after talking with a live agent but still a major inconvenience that the vendor tried passing that off as an excellent condition product.
