Hi! I'm a real person and not a paid reviewer who bought a phone off of RefurbLane. (If I was getting paid for this, I wouldn't need to buy a refurbished phone off the internet ;) ) Long story short: Phone was in great condition that very much exceeded my expectations, with a SINGLE tiny scratch on the screen and more noticeable but tiny scratches on the edges of the phone (that were perfectly covered up by the screen protector and phone case anyway). RefurbLane saved me a lot of cash and I now have the perfect phone. My friends cannot tell this phone was refurbished with the phone case and screen protector on, at all. I've had no problems with my new phone, but if I ever do then the year long warranty got me covered, so there's no real risk. Definitely recommend this site! 10/10. Long version: Condition - There was some scrapes on the top edge of the phone (not the screen) and on the sides, but I buffed them out with a microfiber cloth and they're honestly not too noticeable even without a phone case. Once I put on a phone case, you can't see them anyway and the phone looks brand new, so my friends can't even tell the phone is refurbished at all. Screen condition - the screen had a SINGLE tiny scratch on it, and once I put on a screen protector, you can't see it. I have tried looking closely in bright light and I genuinely cannot find that tiny scratch behind the screen protector at all. I wouldn't use a phone without a screen protector anyway, so it's basically in perfect condition for me. Camera quality - I was glad to find the camera lenses in pristine quality, with absolutely no scratches on them, and picture quality was perfect. Battery - Battery life works like new. This phone's battery literally lasts me two days at a time. I sometimes only charge it once every other day just for fun to see if it lasts me, and even though I play phone games and music off my phone, it still lasts me two days. Functionality - no problems with this phone. Wifi/bluetooth work, calling/texting work, microphone/speakers work, etc. It works exactly as it should, and I've had no problems with it after a whole month of using it. All in all - definitely recommend. -The tiny screen scratch was covered up by a screen protector and now I genuinely couldn't find it if I tried. -The phone exterior looks pretty much perfect even without a phone case (if a little "used"), but with a phone protector, nobody can tell my phone was refurbished. -I've had no defects with this phone, but even if I did, the year long warranty has us covered. This site saved me a bunch of money on a phone, and I definitely recommend it. Phone looks great without them, but with the screen protector + phone case, my phone looks brand spanking new. 10/10 recommend, and thank you RefurbLane for this luxury phone I got on a college student budget.

So far it’s really fun to have a new phone that’s fast and very responsive. It has some very minor scratches, but they’re almost unnoticeable and I got a good protective case, so I don’t see them at all. The battery’s maximum capacity is at 81% but it is sufficient for my daily use, so overall it looks like a very good deal!

After receiving two iPhone 12 Pro Max phones (1 from Amaz, 1 from Wmart), although both order at top tier “like new” level, both were absolute JUNK. This one from RefurbLane, not only has a decent battery, but also an actual OLED screen! VERY happy with my purchase here. Don’t waste $ on another site!!

First time using RefurbLane and it has exceeded my expectations. Shipping was very fast - I ordered on a Sunday and received my phone on Wednesday. My "excellent condition" phone was new in box, which was a total surprise. Would 100% buy here the next time I'm in the market for a new device. Appreciated the helpful updates from RefurbLane as well.

Quality was pretty good! Few very small scratches in the front not really noticeable while the phone is on at all! None on the back which is great or the edges of the phone. You get what you paid for. I paid for over night shipping and got here fast! Definitely will shop again with RefurbLane!
