Was extremely hesitant bc of all the mixed reviews i saw, but decided to take the chance and order an “excellent”condition iphone. when it arrived, it was in bubble wrap and was absolutely FLAWLESS condition. everything internally and externally works amazing as if brand new, AND the battery health was at 99%. heavily recommend!

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 128GB, in “very good “ condition. I received the phone in a week. There was a charging cord and the new phone in the package. The phone looked new. It was in excellent condition in appearance. I had no trouble working the new phone, but some frustration with the old one while transferring my information. The battery life was at 87%, but has not given me any trouble in my use or when charging. It last the whole day with normal use. I have been using the new phone for about a month now and so far I am pleased with my purchase. I will try to update my review, if allowed, in a couple months. Very glad I tried RefurbLane.

Phone had a couple very minor scratches on the back but the screen was perfect. Bought this for a prepaid service and have no complaints at all. This phone on Visible gets better service than my Galaxy s25 Ultra on TMobile lol
