The device has been absolutely amazing. However, it took two weeks before I could sync it to myself service and download all my Apple info. I did buy the protective covers for the screen, as well as the lens for the camera in my phone lens is cracked already. I don’t know how that has happened because I have the protective cover on it.

Case was a little slick from what I'm use to but that helps it go in and out of my pocket. The phone to me is new. Works great but Apple technology from my old 8 to this new 15 has left me behind. And if somebody other than youtube would tell me how to block ads, one after another, it would put icing on the cake for my order to RefurbLane.

Upper righthand corner was dented down, phone didnt fit right, kept trying to come out of the case. Like other reviewers said, the case is slippery, a little less then just the phone. I bought an otterbox and that solved that. Wasted my money on it.
