As it was put as “good” condition, it looked almost flawless. There was almost no scratches whatsoever and a good 99% of battery was on. Such a good refurbished phone, will be interested to buy another!

The phone came brand new no scratches on the back or front or the side or the camera. No scratches at all. The only thing is the battery came 95% but it’s t brand new just with 5% of the battery juice gone but I love the phone and definitely all Apple parts. They didn’t change anything.

I purchased this phone specifically because it was advertised as having dual physical SIM capability. What I received was an eSIM-only model, which completely defeated the purpose of purchasing this particular listing. The phone itself may have worked, but it was not the configuration I expected based on the listing. This caused a huge inconvenience because I had to deal with transferring my service, returning the device, and purchasing another phone. When someone is spending this much money on a refurbished phone, details like the SIM configuration need to be accurate. I would not have purchased this phone had I known it was eSIM-only. Very disappointing experience.

The iPhone 16 pro max I received was black not the natural. Other than that the phone looks brand new and the battery quickly charged to 92%. I've had no performance issues and would not hesitate purchasing a refurbished product again from RefurbLane.com.

2024Release Year

The iPhone 16 Pro Max arrives as Apple’s 2024 flagship, fusing a large, vibrant display with the latest hardware upgrades under the hood. Being hot off the assembly line in 2024, it stands at the peak of Apple’s current generation—no “getting two or three years old” here, and the spec list proves it.

Key features:

Release Date: September 2024
Display: 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED, ProMotion (up to 120Hz)
Processor: Apple A18 Pro chip with next-gen Neural Engine
Camera: Triple rear camera system: 48MP main (wide) with quad-pixel sensor, 12MP ultra-wide, 12MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom
Operating System: Ships with iOS 18
Build: Textured matte glass and titanium frame
Connectivity: 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, and Ultra Wideband (UWB)
Audio: Spatial Audio, dual speakers
Security: Face ID

Who is this for?

The iPhone 16 Pro Max is built for users who want every bit of Apple’s innovation in one—photographers needing advanced camera tools, professionals after pro-level performance, and anyone who prefers a large display for entertainment or productivity. Compared to earlier generations like the iPhone 14 Pro Max, this model packs more processing power, an even larger screen, and upgrades for pro-grade content capture. If you prefer a more pocket-friendly phone or don’t regularly use advanced camera or AI features, previous-generation models may be a better fit (and easier on your wrists).

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Expansive 6.9-inch display with high refresh rate for smooth visuals. Size can be unwieldy for one-handed use or small pockets. Top-tier camera system ideal for photography and video. No headphone jack (yes, still...) Fast Apple A18 Pro chip for multitasking and demanding apps. Heavyweight design—might not suit those looking for something ultra-light.

Choosing a refurbished iPhone 16 Pro Max does more than keep a powerful device in circulation—it also keeps unnecessary waste out of landfills.
