Phone arrived in pretty much new condition with not even 1 cycle on the battery. Absolutely no scratches, and I’m completely satisfied with the performance

Shipping and handling was very good. The phone itself has a few blemishes which was disclosed before purchasing. This is fine as a case covers this, no problem. However the screen has a chip out of the upper left and a crack that goes clear across the screen. It is not noticeable unless you see it at an angle and it is not very deep but it is definitely a hairline crack. I am worried this will spread and get worse over time compromising the water resistance. I guess I will have to get it fixed already if I want it to last. Considering the price I paid was only about 200 dollars less than a brand new phone this was not a good purchase.

The phone came in an unmarked white box, in pristine condition at 100% battery health. I received an installed screen protector, charging cable, block (neither are original apple products). Truly, it’s absolutely a brand new device, I only hoped it would have came in the original apple box but can’t hang my hat too high. Overall, I am extremely happy with the purchase from this seller and I recommend to anyone having second thoughts.

iPhone 17 Pro questions, answered

The iPhone 17 Pro runs on the A19 Pro chip — the most powerful chip Apple has put in an iPhone — with a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display featuring ProMotion 120Hz, Always-On, and 3,000 nits peak outdoor brightness. It's built with an aluminum unibody design housing a vapor chamber for sustained thermal performance. Here's the full picture:
Triple 48MP cameras: Main, Ultra Wide, and Telephoto with 8x optical zoom (longest ever on iPhone)
Ceramic Shield 2 front glass with 3x better scratch resistance; Ceramic Shield on the back for the first time on any iPhone, delivering 4x better crack resistance than previous back glass
18MP Center Stage front camera with autofocus
Apple N1 chip for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6
Storage starts at 512GB on RefurbLane
Find out more about the device's specs in our expert review on the iPhone 17 series
The key upgrade is the third lens. The iPhone 17 Pro's triple 48MP camera system adds a dedicated Telephoto with 8x optical zoom, the longest ever on any iPhone, compared to the dual-camera setup on the standard iPhone 17. The Ultra Wide and Main cameras are also 48MP, the same resolution as the iPhone 17. Up front, both models share the 18MP Center Stage camera. For video, the iPhone 17 Pro goes further: ProRes RAW, Apple Log 2, and genlock are Apple-described smartphone firsts built for content creators and pro filmmakers. See which iPhone has the best camera to find the right fit.
The iPhone 17 Pro delivers up to 33 hours of video playback. That's a significant improvement over the iPhone 16 Pro, and it's driven by both the efficiency of the A19 Pro chip and the aluminum unibody design, which integrates a vapor chamber to manage heat and sustain performance. On a refurbished model from RefurbLane, battery health is tested as part of the up to 100-point inspection: Fair, Good, and Excellent grades guarantee at least 80% of original capacity; Premium guarantees 90% or more. Curious which Pro model offers the most battery life? Read our which iPhone has the best battery life guide.
RefurbLane offers four condition grades for the iPhone 17 Pro, and every grade is guaranteed 100% functional. The difference is cosmetic only:
Fair: functional with visible cosmetic wear; best-value option
Good: light signs of use, fully functional
Excellent: near-new cosmetic condition
Premium: minimal to no signs of use; battery guaranteed at 90%+ capacity
Every grade includes a 1-year commercial warranty and free 30-day returns.

1-year warranty on every purchase
Free 30-day returns
Up to 100-point professional inspection covering battery, cameras, screen, biometric sensors, and data deletion
Sold unlocked, compatible with all major US carriers
It is, and the data is specific. According to RefurbLane's calculation based on the ADEME 2022 study, choosing a refurbished smartphone over a new one generates 92% less greenhouse gas emissions (77 kg of CO2e avoided per device), 89% less e-waste (178g avoided), and 91% less resource use (243 kg of raw materials not extracted). You get the same A19 Pro chip and triple 48MP camera system. The environmental difference is not a small one.

The iPhone 17 Pro is Apple’s 2025 Pro-class flagship, announced in September 2025. Who is this for?

The iPhone 17 Pro suits creators, professionals, and students who need dependable performance and polished media tools. Mobile filmmakers benefit from ProRes, Apple Log 2, and genlock; AR and scanning apps run smoothly with the LiDAR Scanner; and power users who rely on fast networks get Wi‑Fi 7 and robust 5G. Travelers and remote workers may also appreciate satellite-enabled safety features. If you prefer compact phones or need a physical SIM slot, consider whether these pro capabilities outweigh those constraints.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons 120Hz OLED with anti‑reflective coating for clear outdoor viewing. eSIM‑only; verify carrier and travel compatibility in your region. Triple 48MP system plus ProRAW/ProRes and Apple Log 2 for flexible editing. No expandable storage for media-heavy workflows. A19 Pro with hardware ray tracing for demanding apps and games. 6.3-inch size may be less comfortable for strict one‑handed use. Modern I/O: USB‑C (USB 3) and DisplayPort video out for pro workflows. Advanced camera tools (e.g., Log, ProRes) have a learning curve for newcomers.
