I bought this phone in MINT condition and it was literally brand new when I got it. 100% battery and looked like no one has ever used it. As for shipping, mine came in on my birthday ( it came in four days). The service was incredible also it was very easy to get it set up at Verizon (as expected). I will definitely be buying more things from here!! :)))))

I chose the mint condition phone and was shocked to receive a previously unopened, actually mint condition phone. I was expecting it to just be in really good condition, possibly with the original box so I was happily surprised. The phone works great, and shipping was speedy, I had my phone within four days of purchase. Definitely will and have recommended RefurbLane to family and friends looking for a new product on a budget.

I ordered white and received black, but I keep it in a case anyway, so no worries. I specified excellent condition and it looked like a brand new phone, not a single scratch anywhere, and the battery health was at 97%. It works perfectly. I was a little hesitant to buy refurbished but with 30 day money back guarantee and one year warranty (hard to find for refurbished) I figured I had nothing to lose. I can't see ever buying a brand new iPhone again. the whole process was seamless and left me a very satisfied customer.

The phone has not a single visible scratch. Worked perfectly from the get-go. Battery was in good shape. I’ve had it up and running for two weeks now. Referred my brother and my dad who both purchased phones and have also been happy. Shipping sad three business days and when tracking showed no longer lead time I reached out to customer service they quickly updated to let me know that it would come in the initial window. Very responsive accurate and did arrive in time.

Body came in almost perfect condition aside from some of the *barely* visible scratches on the screen. I put a screen protector on and you cannot even see them especially when the screen is on. I purchased the "fair" condition so it was very nice to see what I got was actually better than described. The phone works like brand new. I was coming from an 8+ and I could really tell a difference on how much faster and better the phone worked. Already recommended this brand to some of my friends. It also helps the environment! 10/10

Well taken care of phone. Hardly any damage to the exterior of the phone, it was virtually fine other than maybe microscopic scratches I'd have to go back and check as it was a gift for family. Ordered stallone quality, came nearly perfect, not dented whatsoever. Fast shipping. Also, checked battery capacity. 99%!

This arrived a day earlier than expected. The battery health was at 97% and I bought a “good” condition. This barely had any indication of being used. Very light marks on the back of the phone. I have been an Android user for 15+ years and wanted to try an Apple phone for a lower price vs paying $1,000 +. I love this company. This is my first time ever but will be buying from them any time in the future. Thanks RefurbLane
