Device came basically brand new. No scratches, no dents, screen was perfect, and apps running smoothly (and quickly). Haven't had any issues after having it for about a week now. I was able to easily and quickly get it activated as another line with my pre-existing Verizon prepaid plan too. We'll see how the next few months to a year goes.

a user on my verizon acct has gotten no fewer than 8 phones from BM over the years. My best friend got a great phone from BM last year. This is my 1st purchase and this phone is utter merde. I even watched the 1 hr Paris nothing anniversary on YT this weekend. Was it the 2nd presenter or Joy who said the greatest challenge BM has is to overcome is a consumer's fear of getting a lemon? Well, thats what I got. I did not sign into the s22 ultra. It arrived with no charge, understandably. I left it off and put it on my premium 25w charger with a good anker cable plugged into the wall. I included my charging notes with my return photos. It charges 10 to 11% per hour! I don't even know how to describe the petimeter sides of the phone. It's like it had a lot of glue and someone used a solvent to remove the glue? There's silver speckles all around like scratches, but not. Clearly, the original owner replaced the back plate. Didn't know Samsung stopped the back as glass like my Note 10+? The first thing I noticed after unboxing this were a light light but long scratches on the screen. I thought, well, it was labeled as GOOD, not EXCELLENT. I was gojng to liveeith that. A bum battery or charging port on a phone that is 3 yrs newer than my 2019 Note 10+, which charges fully in less than an hr. Not one scratch on the display. I hope There's no pushback with my return about how I turned this S22 Ultra into a bum phone after merely charging it for 7 hrs and only getting 79% charge. That's how I really feel about it. Junk. for $500 plus the $50 otterbox and display protector, etc I bought for this.

S22 ultra was wifi nerfed. Where my Galaxy S9 and friends s21 /24 / note 20 every other Device would have perfect Wi-Fi reception the S22 Ultra would have little to no reception at all if you take one step away from the router you would experience extreme lag or get disconnected from the internet completely. This was not RefurbLanes fault RefurbLane was absolutely great thank you I will do business again Also I am not sure if the S22 Ultra I ordered that was Verizon locked refurbished could have had a issue with the Wi-Fi chip inside of it or if all as 22 ultra's are garbage for Wi-Fi connectivity. Anywho I decided to Not take my chances and get a different Galaxy completely. Overly satisfied
