phone works well and appearance is great I was expecting the battery to last longer not really sure how long it should last while using the phone I did buy the insurance that is something I would advise to everyone when buying a used phone I gave the phone a 4 but only because of the battery everything else is a 5

So far I am totally amazed with RefurbLane. The first phone I ordered, they gave me a refund and didn't send the phone because it didn't meet their standards. I was slightly irritated. Until I got my next order. Basically a brand new phone. I have had absolutely no problems so far. I am 100% pleased. I got the product I was promised. I got the product I wanted. For half the price. I am very pleased.
