    I was skeptical (even of the positive reviews) since I’ve never ordered from RefurbLane before, but I give them 10/10! I purchased the MacBook Air M1 2020 in “Good” condition because the level above sold out. I was nervous it would have some cosmetic damage, but it arrived with zero flaws and looked completely new! The battery health was 96%, and it only had 67 cycles which is amazing. It also arrived in 2 days and was securely packaged with thick bubble wrap. I’ll definitely order from this site again and recommend to others!

    Best purchase ever! "Fair condition" looked brand new, with one hardly noticeable scratch on the Apple logo. You wouldn't even notice it without looking closely. Everything works great, and I feel like I got a brand-new Mac for less than half the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    This is the second phone I’ve ordered from RefurbLane, I recommend them to EVERYONE! Not only are they reducing waste, but you can’t beat their prices either!! I ordered the iPhone 12 mini in “fair” condition, and it showed up looking brand new with only a few teeny scratches on the body! For $150 you seriously can’t beat it. I’ve never had issues with the longevity of their refurbished phones, my previous one lasted almost 5 years. The battery capacity on this one is 80% and it has no problem getting through the whole day off a full charge. Everything works like it’s supposed to with zero issues! I love this company, I love this phone, and I could NOT be happier :)

    The phone was as advertised, a few minor scuffs on the screen which was expected since I selected fair condition. I requested the good battery option as well and received a battery health of 99% on the device. The phone is functioning great so far and lasts me the whole day, sometimes more. RefurbLane gave me a solid, functioning device with no issues, which is hard to find when ordering refurbished from eBay,marketplace,aliexpress etc. I Would order from them again just for the peace of mind alone that I know I’m getting exactly what I asked for.

    I was really surprised at the condition this item was in for being rated "fair". It had a couple 1-inch cosmetic scratches (see pic), and that was the only thing I could reckon caused such a low rating. The battery was 88%, 78 cycles, the screen was pristine, the keyboard was perfect, the corners were not impacted at all. Considering the ~50% savings on a < 3-yr-old silicon Mac, I added a $20 thin case and I couldn't be happier. This was clearly a corporate computer as it even had a few months of enterprise Apple Care remaining. I almost didn't leave all this info since I'm afraid this awesome of a deal is likely exceptional and shouldn't be a typical expectation for "fair". But that is my experience.
